Before you ask
Do you really not charge per user?
Really. Every plan, including Crew, covers your whole team: office staff and field crews. Most field software charges $30 to $40 per technician per month on top of a base fee, so a ten-person crew often costs $300 or more elsewhere. On Dispatchen the price stays the same at four people or forty.
Which plan should I start on?
Crew if you mainly need jobs, schedules, clock-ins, checklists and team chat. Business if you run vehicles or equipment, keep stock, or need compliance records. That's most companies past a few people. Operations if you also want your accounting and payroll records in the same place, your clients signed in to follow their jobs, and us to do the setup for you. You can move up or down at any time.
Is there a free trial?

What happens after I pay?

Where is my data kept?
On our servers in Montréal, Canada, backed up every night. Every clock-in carries a GPS position and a photo, so your time records hold up if anyone disputes them.
