Before you ask
Do you really not charge per user?
Really. Every plan — including Crew at $49 — covers your whole team: office staff, field crews and client logins. Most field software charges $30 to $40 per technician per month on top of a base fee, which is why a ten-person crew often costs $300 or more elsewhere. An extra user costs us almost nothing to serve, so we don't bill for one.
Which plan should I start on?
Crew if you are getting off spreadsheets and mainly need jobs, schedules, clock-ins and checklists. Business if you own equipment, track stock, or have clients who want to see progress — that is most companies past a few people. Operations if you need your own domain, several divisions, or API access. You can move up or down at any time and only pay the difference.
Is there a free trial?
No. You can explore a complete working sandbox for your trade right now without signing up or entering a card, but a real workspace holding your own data is created only after payment. The 14-day money-back guarantee is the safety net instead of a trial.
What happens after I pay?
You get an email within a few minutes with a sign-in link and a workspace already set up for your trade — the right vocabulary, checklists and modules switched on, without the sample data.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your billing settings. You are not charged again and the workspace stays available until the end of the period you already paid for. Ask us for an export any time.
Can I use my own domain?
On the Operations plan, yes — your workspace runs at something like portal.yourcompany.com. You add one DNS record, we handle the certificate.
Is my data backed up?
Nightly. Every clock-in carries a GPS position and a photo, so your time records are evidence rather than a claim if anyone disputes them.
