Terms of Service

1. The service

Dispatchen is operations software for field-service businesses: work orders, scheduling, time and attendance, inspections, inventory, equipment and compliance tracking. Access to a working, persistent Dispatchen workspace is provided only after payment; we do not offer free accounts. You may explore a temporary demo sandbox with fictional sample data before paying, at our discretion and subject to fair-use limits.

2. Billing and plans

Dispatchen is billed monthly at $50 USD or annually at $500 USD, per workspace, with unlimited users, through our payment processor Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We do not store your card details; Stripe processes and stores payment information under its own terms and security standards.

3. Money-back guarantee

If Dispatchen isn't a fit for your business, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. This guarantee applies once per business and does not extend to renewal charges after the first 14 days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; your workspace remains accessible until the end of the period you already paid for, after which access is suspended. We retain your data for a reasonable period after cancellation in case you resubscribe, then delete it; contact us if you need an export first.

5. Your data and content

You own the data you put into Dispatchen — job records, schedules, documents, photos and the personal information of your own staff that you enter to run your business. You're responsible for having the right to enter your employees' information (including clock-in location and photo data) into the system and for telling them it's being collected, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You won't use Dispatchen to store or process data you don't have the right to, attempt to bypass its security or rate limits, resell access to your workspace to unrelated businesses, or use it in a way that disrupts the service for other customers.

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime and take nightly backups, but Dispatchen is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or Dispatchen's pricing for future billing periods. We'll give existing customers reasonable notice by email before a price change takes effect for their account.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
