Ask Dispatchen

Type a question like "Who missed a visit this week?" or "Which jobs are overdue?" from the dashboard, or open Ask Dispatchen at the top of the menu. It looks through your records and answers in a sentence or two, with links to the jobs it mentions.

• It only reads. It can't change, delete or send anything.
• It only sees what the person asking could open themselves. Crew and client logins don't have it.
• Business includes 150 questions a month and Operations 500. Each workspace's count resets on the first of the month.
• Answers come from Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, which does not train on your questions. We keep a count of questions, not the questions.
• An owner or manager can switch it off in Settings.

Check anything important against the records before you rely on it, especially for pay.
