Can't sign in
- Forgot your password: on the sign-in page tap Forgot password? and enter your email. The link works once, for 1 hour. No email on your account? Ask your manager to send a new invite.
- Invite link expired: ask your manager to send a new one. Invites work for 7 days.
- Too many wrong tries: wait 15 minutes, then try again or reset your password.
- Two-step sign-in and a lost phone: use one of your backup codes (tap Lost your phone? Use a backup code). No codes either? Your workspace owner can reset your two-step sign-in from Settings.
