Two-step sign-in
With two-step sign-in, signing in needs your password and a 6-digit code from an app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password. Someone who learns your password still can't get in.
Turn it on
- Open Your account (your name at the bottom of the menu, or More, then Account on a phone), then tap Turn on two-step sign-in.
- Scan the code with your authenticator app, and type the 6 digits it shows.
- Save your 10 backup codes somewhere safe, away from your phone. Each works once.
Require it for your office
Owners can require it for every owner, manager and supervisor under Settings, Sign-in security. Anyone who hasn't set it up is signed out and sets it up when they sign back in. Crew and client logins are not affected.
Lost phone
Sign in with a backup code, or ask an owner to reset it from the person's page in Settings.
