Download or delete your data

Owners can open Settings, then Your data.

• Download all data gives you one ZIP file: a spreadsheet (CSV) for every list, every photo and receipt, and a list of what's inside. It works on any plan, and still works after a subscription ends.
• Delete this workspace removes every record, photo and receipt for good. You type your company name to confirm. Download your data first.

When a subscription ends, your workspace is kept for 30 days so you can come back or take your data, then deleted.
